President

Ryan, with over 25 years of experience in residential and commercial construction, oversees estimating, field operations, and corporate management. A licensed general contractor, Florida Certified Master Builder, LEED Accredited Professional, and Certified Green Professional, Ryan leads by example—often seen with his tool belt on, working alongside the team.

John Riddle

Vice President

John brings nearly 30 years of expertise in marketing and relationship development, focusing on creating exceptional client experiences and advancing the company’s vision. A LEED Accredited Professional and Certified Green Professional, John’s leadership has extended to serving as chairman of the USGBC Central Florida chapter and president of the Greater Orlando Builders Association where he has been awarded Builder of the Year in 2022 and 2024.
